Ambra 2000

Our Ambra 2000 set was born from the wish to search for sounds similar to gut strings, now almost completely forgotten, which first made the guitar great. The set is available in two tensions and is composed of Nylgut® trebles (with a small difference in their formulation, in order to achieve the best melodiousness, main target of this set) while basses, that we call ‘Rayon‘, are silver-plated copper wound on a red-colored multifilament core, for which we aimed to find the right balance between metal and core in order to recreate a warm and percussive sound, similar to silk basses.

The presence of more low frequencies (which are slightly absorbed in the distance) ensures better projection in the concert hall.
