Reds Double Bass
Reds – Jazz, blues & modern
These strings have been produced following a different technological process compared to the traditional one, finally leading to the fulfillment of many expectations of today’s double bass players:
- lower string tension, without losing power and promptness (left hand gets less tired)
- less metallic and more percussive sounds (most of the double bass strings currently available on the market are mainly based on metallic cores)
- possibility to work both in pizzicato and with the bow (at the moment, very few double bass sets allow for this duality)
- great tuning stability
