How does a Modern Music order work?
The process is immediate: the system automatically calculates the total, shipping costs included. Payment is made directly at checkout and the order is confirmed automatically. Processing time: 1–2 business days.
How does an Early Music order work?
Minimum order: €45. Early music strings are often made to order, so they follow a different process: it works as a pre-order, with no upfront payment at this stage.
- You submit a pre-order request (no payment required at this point).
- Our team confirms the pre-order and forwards it to production.
- The strings are prepared and handed over to our logistics team.
- You receive an email with the available payment and shipping options.
- Once the invoice is paid, the order is shipped.
Processing time: 3–10 business days from pre-order confirmation.
How do I return or exchange an item?

Do you sell to musical instrument shops too?

Do you ship outside the European Union? Are there extra costs?
Yes, we regularly ship outside the EU. Any customs duties or import taxes required by your country are the recipient’s responsibility and cannot be calculated in advance, as they vary by country. More details in our Terms and Conditions.
